Tracking FAQs
My tracking number doesn’t show anything yet.
Tracking usually begins updating within 24–48 hours after your package has been handed off to the carrier. If you just received your tracking number, give it a little time and try again.
The status hasn’t changed in a few days.
International shipments can pause during customs checks or at busy hubs. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5–7 days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Tracking says “delivered”, but I don’t have it.
First check around your property and with neighbors. If you still can’t locate the package, reach out to us with your tracking number and we’ll work with the carrier on next steps.
